my last deal of the year

ask a girl about a deal gone...life support.  and ask about a seller who needs magic and a prayer to sell her home because she's already sold all her furniture and moved her entire life to North Carolina!

talk about STRESS ON A STICK!

for months...it was every other day of:  are the documents good?  can we make it work?  will it pass inspection?  and so forth...

BUT IT CLOSED, folks!  TODAY at 420p...it was supposed to close yesterday at 730p, and then this morning at 10a...but we'll take 420p a day later!   oh, look at that...420!  

whew!  thank goodness and i'm so happy for my client.  she's merrily flying back to continue her life in North Carolina...closer to her kids.
