if i didn't know any better...

i could get reallyyy excited about an improving real estate market.

since the beginning of january, showings have picked up and offers are coming in and better than it had been. 

the A Condos have been very active.  19E & 8K are under contract.  8H just started showing last Tuesday  and is supposedly already getting offers tomorrow.

i'm getting offers on 2 short sales I listed just last week.  both double enders.

i have a buyer who is making an offer on something she saw today at an Open House.  255-8-2L.

good stuff!  i'm so blessed!

mom got all her paperwork in order and they are approved to move into their new apartment in February!

i know she's excited.

and for sure, ayreen has to be stoked....she can have her privacy and sanity back.

very distinct, constant buzzing noise in my apartment, immediately noticeable as you walk through the door... but i can't fucken pinpoint the source or where exactly it is coming from.

it will drive me crazy until i figure it out.

-save more money,
-start long-term care insurance,
-pay off 2 credit cards

and oh, exercise regularly.
