has been an awesome year so far.

i'm happy with the improvements i've made in myself, changes i've made in my business, my life and the conscious choices in friends and people in my circle.

all is well in my world.

well, that wasn't bad!

aside from my bra continuously rearing it's ugly strap down BOTH sides of my arms, it went really well, actually.

standing room only...and the place was hot!  two people left a little early....the rest of them (75-100) stayed thruout the entire 45min and gave great feedback. 

now, i just have a awful migraine/tension headache...
