unbelievable!

i'm not just a realtor,

apparently, my client thinks it's also my job to be her handyman...for free!

she just asked me to drive to her property in this weather and remove the air conditioning from her window!

I DON'T EVEN DO THAT FOR MYSELF!

but conscientious me, it was keeping me awake, so i get up at 7 this morning (despite that i'm taking the day off because (1) it's my birthday and (2)....we have, um....FRANKENSANDY looming over us, and i drive there in the middle of 40mph winds and rain and i remove the heavy ass A/C from the window!  and then guess WHAT!  i couldn't close the window because of screws that were used to hold up the A/C brace were keeping the window from closing, so i had to drive ALLLL the way home, get a screwdriver aand drive ALLLL the way back to unscrew and shut the window.

as fuming as i was that she even expected and asked me to do that, i will try my best to act like it was a deed happily done and at least, it's only 815 in the morning and it's out of the way.

now, back to my couch and my guitar.

i totally forgot about the cleaning lady coming tomorrow!

now, i have to get up early, so i can clean before she comes!  LOL

hello, my precious stalkers!

ye, it's been awhile...

it's because she had the nerve to....ummm...GO TO PARADISE!

had the most amazing time w/ some really awesome people!  bonded w/ some i already knew and made some new ones.

had to hit the ground running as soon as i got back tho...things were slowing down in my business since i'd been spending so much time playing.  so i'm making up/catching up so my numbers don't fall off!

got an amazing new assistant and after a week of working together, we still like each other!  i think she'll be staying! 

and it only took this week to get everything caught up.  from here forward, it will be all about new business....which is the point of having help.  she is around everyday, so i'll have plenty of time to prospect from now on.  schweeet!

have closed 2 deals since i got back...one more closing next week.  got 3 new listings (1 rental, 2 sale listings), and will be getting another one next week (client, had a brand new grandbaby and couldn't meet-otherwise, i would have a 4th). 

lots of pictures to post.  will do in a bit...just gotta organize them all!

oh, and i'm moving!

didn't break the bank.

there was one good thing about the Hawaii short sale....major losses equals low taxes owed to Uncle Sam for 2011.

it was that the expectations were so low....,

and that he didn't make any "gaffes",

earned him favorable reviews.

everyone, including his own party, was expecting a spectacle of some sort.

now all of a sudden,, he "did well".
